SAGITARION CLOUD CONNECTOR
END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT: Read this agreement before installing or using the software. By
continuing the installation, activating or using SAGITARION Cloud Connector,
you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

1. PRODUCT AND LICENCE

SAGITARION Cloud Connector is a Windows application that presents profiles and
applications assigned through a previously installed and configured compatible
remote-application client. The software does not grant access rights and does
not replace the server or its official client. All access rights remain under
the control of the server administrator.

SAGITARION Subotica grants the licensed user a non-exclusive, non-transferable
right to use the software on the number of workplaces stated in the licence.
Ownership of the software, source code, design and documentation is not
transferred to the user.

2. REQUIREMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

The official compatible connection client must be installed and at least one
complete user profile with a saved password must be prepared before this
software can be installed and used. The user is responsible for obtaining all
required third-party licences and permissions. Third-party product names and
trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The original, unmodified and digitally signed wfping.exe is software of OTC
S.A., Krakow, Poland. OTC S.A. has granted SAGITARION written authorization to
distribute the original utility with SAGITARION applications. This distribution
authorization is not a technical approval of SAGITARION Cloud Connector; any
independent product evaluation is a separate process.

3. SECURITY AND DATA

Passwords selected for secure saving are stored for the current Windows user
through Windows Credential Manager. The activation key is stored in protected
Windows storage. The application does not display saved passwords and does not
include passwords, encrypted credential values, activation keys or business
database contents in a support report.

The availability check uses the official wfping.exe utility and does not
perform repeated raw protocol connection-and-drop monitoring.

4. ACTIVATION, UPDATES AND SUPPORT

Internet access may be required for initial activation, licence validation and
updates. Support is provided according to the commercial conditions applicable
to the licence. Diagnostic information is sent only after the user explicitly
submits a support request.

5. RESTRICTIONS

The user may not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer,
modify or bypass activation and security controls except where mandatory law
expressly permits it. The software may not be used to obtain access not granted
by the server administrator. The wfping.exe file must remain unmodified.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

The software is supplied for use in the environment prepared by the customer or
administrator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAGITARION is not liable
for interruption caused by networks, servers, third-party software, incorrect
configuration, expired credentials or unauthorised changes. Nothing in this
agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. TERMINATION

The licence terminates if these terms are materially violated. On termination,
the user must stop using and uninstall the software. Provisions concerning
ownership, restrictions and liability survive termination.
